いつもSNPITをご利用いただきありがとうございます。SNPITは、ユーザー一人ひとりが大切にしているものを写真に収め、その写真を共有することで他のユーザーとつながることができる場所です。皆様の素敵な写真がSNPITを支えています。以下のガイドラインをお守りいただくことで、皆様に安心してSNPITをご利用いただけると考えております。皆様のご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。 SNPITでは、撮影した写真と他のユーザーの写真を対戦させることができます。ユーザーが不正行為を行ってバトルに勝利した場合、それはSNPITの中核となるゲーム体験を損なう重大な問題であり、見過ごすことはできません。ルールを尊重し、他者への配慮を持って当プラットフォームをご利用ください。
以下の行為は不正行為とみなされます。重大性に応じて、バトルで獲得したスターやトークンの没収、アカウントの停止など、厳しい措置を取らせていただきます：
・自分または他人の物に関わらず、現物写真をSNPITで撮影・アップロードすること
・スクリーンを撮影すること（PC・スマホ・プロジェクター等）
・禁止区域での写真撮影
・他人を差別したり傷つけたりする内容の投稿
・非倫理的な商行為やアダルトサイトを宣伝する目的で投稿すること
・複数のアカウントを使用する行為

User Guidelines
Thank you for using SNPIT. SNPIT is a place where each of our users can capture what they value and connect with other users through sharing those photos. It's the wonderful photos from all of you that make SNPIT what it is. We believe that by adhering to the following guidelines, everyone can use SNPIT with confidence. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
At SNPIT, you can pit the photos you've taken against those of other users in battles. When a user engages in fraudulent activities and wins a battle, that’s a serious issue that undermines the core gaming experience of SNPIT, so we cannot overlook this. We hope you will use our platform with respect for the rules and consideration for others.
The following actions are considered fraudulent and disruptive. Depending on the severity, we will take strict measures such as confiscation of stars or tokens earned in battles, or suspension of accounts:
・Taking photos of screens is prohibited (including PCs, smartphones, projectors, etc.);
・Taking pictures in prohibited areas;
・Posting photos taken from another device or app, even if it is taken by yourselfl;
・Posting content that discriminates against or harms others;
・Posting content that promotes unethical business, practices or adult websites;
・Using multiple accounts for fraudulent activities.
Reminder
We do not want anyone to feel sad or uncomfortable on SNPIT. We will do our best to prevent such situations. We will take strict action against malicious activities, and we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
