SNPIT welcomes creators’ derivative works!

You are free to use SNPIT’s logos and materials in your personal works, regardless of NFT ownership. Monetization of derivative works is also allowed.*1

When creating derivative works, please make sure to review the prohibited activities listed below. Please note that SNPIT is not CC0, and copyright has not been waived.

For inquiries regarding the creation or sale of derivative works, please contact the operations team.

Please note that these guidelines may be changed without notice, so be sure to review them each time you engage in derivative creation.

Prohibited Activities

• Alteration of official logos or materials (colors, shapes, etc.)

• Use of third-party intellectual property (such as collaboration products) in works without prior notification. Please be sure to contact us in advance.

• Any activity that implies or misleads others into thinking SNPIT provides support or sponsorship.

• Illegal or inappropriate works, or works that violate public order and morals

• Works that damage the brand image, contain sexual or grotesque expressions, or slander specific individuals, groups, or races

• Derivative works created by third parties other than the original derivative creator

*Derivative works may be freely created and distributed without permission, up to a revenue limit of 10,000,000 JPY per year.

If the revenue exceeds 10,000,000 JPY, permission is generally required. Please feel free to consult us even at the planning stage or if the scale of your project grows.
